A cold winter day on the farm taken outside of Ottawa. This photograph was taken with my Canon REBEL T2i camera and a 50 mm lens. The shutter speed was set to 1/640 second, the aperture was set to F8 and the ISO was set to 100.
I finally captured the snowy owl that has been hanging around the Eagleson Road area. The owl was sitting on top of a hydro pole posing for the photographers this morning. I took this photography with my Canon 7D Mark II camera and a 400 mm lens. The shutter speed was set to 1/160 second, the aperture was set at F18 and the ISO was set at 100.
I found this turtle resting on a log, just catching some rays of sunlight. He was located on the shores of Mud Lake in Ottawa, near Britannia Park. Mud Lake is a great spot in the city of Ottawa to find all types of animals and birds. If you want to catch the best shots, go early in the morning and you will not be disappointed. I took this shot with my Canon 7D camera and my 400 mm lens. The shutter speed was set for 1/640 second, the aperture was set at f6.3 and the ISO was set at 160.
